Sealed Bids for construction of the Tri-City Service District Wastewater Treatment Plant – Administration Building Remodel & Alterations Projectwill be received by the Tri-City Service District at the Tri-City WPCP Construction Trailer, 15941 S. Agnes Ave. Oregon City, OR 97045, until the bid closing time of 2:00 PM, local time, on Thursday, April 10, 2012, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of a partial remodel of the existing Administration Building in Oregon City. The project will remodel the existing north and south wing offices, and convert 600 SF of garage space into new office space, remodel the existing Lunch Room and Conference Room, and remodel the existing Lobby and minor ADA upgrades in the Locker Rooms.
