Source Control

The Tri-City Source Control program requires that industries discharging excessive pollutants treat their wastewater before releasing it into municipal sewer systems.

The Source Control program for the Tri-City Service District (TCSD) protects local waterways from discharges of pollutants from industrial and commercial sources into the municipal sewer systems. Our efforts, together with over 1,500 similar programs nationwide, make up the National Pretreatment Program.
